Players need to plan zoning, deploy infrastructure like electric, water and roads and, ultimately, create your city. each component does cost an amount of in game money and revenue is increased by attracting and taxing residents to your city. New buildings and components are unlocked by hitting certain population benchmarks. Different buildings can level up depending on their surrounding population, and education also has an impact on how well your population does and how much revenue you can generate from them. The game play isn't ground breaking, but the amount of detail you have at your disposal to construct your city is.
